The proposal is thought from the need to design a house within a lot immersed in an urbanized and dense context, the footprint of the house is small which restricts horizontal growth, however it is possible to incorporate the required spaces on three levels connected by a patio that allows access to natural light; the first level is intended for the parking of two vehicles, laundry and home office, the second level contemplates the kitchen, dining room, living room and service spaces, covering the entire footprint of the house, framing it as a public and social space, the third level is reduced in two bedrooms and a more intimate living room.The configuration of the house was used to privatize those spaces that require more intimacy, while the public areas are completely open, making the most of the space and unifying the interaction and interpersonal development of the inhabitants.
